Our Story
How CLEANBAKE became what it is today
The company was founded in Munich in 2008, but the more important milestone was moving to Halle (Saale): This is where we set up our own manufacture. Since then, we have steadily grown, producing bakery textiles for Germany, Europe and around the world.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Stefan Stangl has been the head and managing director of CLEANBAKE since 2011. With his long-standing experience as a service provider in various sectors and countries, he focuses on the customer also in terms of the CLEANBAKE offer. His motto: We are our customers’ partners because we are earning their confidence. He is particularly enthusiastic about development efforts on CLEANBAKE products. For him, this is a part of the future of the bakery industry.
