Natural pearling effect on CLEANBAKE products

CLEANBAKE technology applies nature's beading effect to textiles on a permanent basis. Its hydrophobic properties prevent the fabric from soaking up the moisture from the dough.

DOUGHNUT CLOTH, PROOFING CLOTH FOR DONUT FRYER PARTS

CLEANBAKE frying and doughnut cloths are the ideal accessory to reduce the amount of flour in the frying oil and lower costs, when making doughnuts. Thanks to non-stick coating, the dough slides easily into the oil without sticking so that less flouring is required when processing the dough.

BAGUETTE LINEN / BAKERS COUCHE

For producing baguette, the French white bread specialty. The antimicrobial and bacteriostatic effect of the CLEANBAKE coating leaves both cloth and dough hygienically clean. No flouring required. The couches are washable and can be used for a long time.

PROOFING CLOTH AND CHANGEOVER CLOTH FOR PROFING BOARDS AND STACKING TRAYS

For hygienic processing of all fermentation products. The pearling effect ensures that the humidity of the dough does not get absorbed. The dough sticks less, flouring and soiling of the proofing cloth are reduced.
