Our cloth with pearling effect is non-stick, cost-efficient and clean. In addition, it is ideal for use as part of a HACCP concept for hygienic preparation of foodstuffs. All CLEANBAKE cloths are anti-microbial, bacteriostatic and non-stick.
As a result, you need to use less flour, and the cloths stay clean longer. The useful life is extended: it saves money and resources.

Natural pearling effect on CLEANBAKE products
The CLEANBAKE technology applies a permanent natural pearling effect on textiles. The water repellence prevents the fabric from soaking up the humidity of the dough. This reduces dough adhesion, and less flouring is required: mould formation is slowed down.

Laboratory-proven effectiveness
The CLEANBAKE technology has been tested by acknowledged testing and research institutes. Its antimicrobial, bacteriostatic and non-stick effects have been verified in comprehensive tests.
FEI
The Research Group of the German Food Industry (FEI), in cooperation with the Technical University of Munich, has tested the non-stick properties.
RAS
RAS materials + technologies confirms CLEANBAKE’s antimicrobial properties.

Care instructions
The CLEANBAKE finish is a textile technology which reduces the formation of mildew, mould stains and soiling.
Your CLEANBAKE product is designed to support you in your production process and to contribute to a hygienic, clean and healthy working environment.
However, the technology does not replace the usual practices and rules for the maintenance of machinery, equipment and cloths.
To ensure a long service life of your CLEANBAKE product we kindly ask you to observe the following care:

Washing of CLEANBAKE products is recommended before use.

Cotton textiles and mixed fabric can shrink by up to 4 %, polyester cloths by up to 3% and jersey by up to 10% when washed. Please consider this when placing your order. We also offer pre-washed options and will be happy to assist you on this.

CLEANBAKE products should be washed at 40°C in the washing machine using conventional washing agents. Please do not use any fabric softeners.

Bleaching agents can be used time to time but it will affect the CLEANBAKE finish - washing up to 90°C is possible if necessary!

To keep the cloths mould free for a long time, give them time to dry between production cycles.

After washing, functionality is ensured by exposing the product to strong heat:

e.g.: by hot ironing or hot mangling

If dough residues remain on the cloths, simply shake, or brush them off with a soft brush before re-using.

Please make sure to wash your textiles early enough.

CLEANBAKE products withstand temperatures from –25°C to +170°C.
